July has been a very special month for Teleperformance with yet another reason to celebrate. After the Great Place to Work recognition announced early this month, where we were ranked #8 Best Company to Work For and #1 BPO in India, we are thrilled with the acknowledgement for our team’s efforts at the Contact Center World Conference and Awards held between 10th to 14th July 2017 in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia.
The conference this year was exhilarating on many levels with huge participation from global contact centers and industry leaders showcasing their finest work while sharing best practices and fostering innovation. Team India’s participation in this forum is an extension of our 4-decade long omnichannel focus in creating exceptional customer experience for our employees, clients and their customers.
This year the team has been named top performers in six categories participated in, germane to our business, winning six gold medals and also recognized as the 2017 Industry Champion –2nd year in a row. The awards were conferred at a gala night on last day of the international contact center conference among a huge gathering of global contact center professionals and thought leaders.

We also showcased key business results and optimization for a marquee client in the digital services segment, as a part of the outsourcing partnership category.
